  • Maximum 30 items per person, please consult our website for brand lists and no thank you items.

  • We're still very selective and seasonal. Spring/Summer is March-July and Fall/Winter is August-February.

  • Items MUST be freshly laundered and folded neatly into a laundry basket, shopping bag or rubbermaid tote. Handbags and shoes need to be wiped down and clean.

  • Please no garbage bags! No hangers required.

  • Please label bins or bags with your name, consignor ID (if you have it) email, and phone number.


  • Starting July 1, 2021 please feel free to drop off (by appointment!) your items at the front desk. 

  • We will have you fill out a small bit of paperwork. 

  • Items will be quarantined for 24-48 hours before sorted. Once items are sorted and entered into your account, we will email to confirm.

  • Any no-thank-you items and your basket/tote will be held for 5 days after they are sorted. We will email you to confirm this. 

  • Any items left beyond the five days will be donated. We will not make any exceptions due to limited storage space.
