I am so excited to announce Found’s new Contactless Consignment program.
Hello friends of Found!
After consulting numerous business groups and government officials I have decided to shift to drop-off style consignment for now. Its different from how we have always done things but for now this will keep staff, consignors and customers safe until we beat Covid-19.
I am delighted to launch a new online appointment booking system on our website. You can pick your own time to drop off your "Contactless Consignment". Please review below and then jump over and book a drop off time!
I am so excited to get back to a “new normal”. How about you?
Thanks for your support,
Contactless consignment procedures:
30 items. Please consult our website www.foundconsign.com for brand lists.
We will still be very selective and we are only accepting summer items at this time.
In addition to summer clothing we are taking summer shoes and sandals. Handbags, wallets, jewelry and other accessories.
Items MUST be freshly laundered and folded neatly into a laundry basket or rubbermaid tote.
Handbags and shoes need to be wiped down.
Please include a note with your name, consignor ID (if you have it) email and phone.
We cannot accept items in shopping, garment or garbage bags.
Please do not hang clothing.
When you arrive at Found please walk around back to our basement door. Ring the door bell and set the basket or tote at the door.
We will open door and take the tote from you.
Items will be quarantined for 48 hours before we can sort them. Once items are sorted and entered into your account we will send you an email to confirm.
Any “no thank you” items and your basket/tote will be held for 5 days after they are sorted. Please email us to let us know you’re coming to pick up and we will have it ready for you at the back door where you dropped off. Any items left beyond the 5 days will be donated. We cannot make any exceptions as we have very limited storage space at this time.
Thank you so much for support and we look forward to working with you during this “new normal” at Found.
