Fall Consigning & Covid (time for another "pivot")
Updated: Aug 23, 2020
Hello friends!
Wow I can't believe we've been back open for almost 2 full months!

This was the shortest summer season ever at Found and I'm not talking about the weather! (for once!) We have learned a lot and we're making some changes for fall.
I am making a few changes to our consignment procedures in order to get the basement back open for shopping. (Very exciting!)
We will still require you to make a "Contactless Consignment" appointment. This is literally a 2 minute drop off time. If you are a new consignor it's a 5 minutes drop off so we can get your contact information for your account. All items MUST come in through the back basement door. We cannot have consignment items coming in the front door.
The biggest change we are making for fall is that we are going to re-open the basement 5 days a week for shopping. Prior to closing in March I actually had the basement updated but we haven't been able to use it yet. Just.You.Wait. There is a shoe lounge down there. For real.
On Tuesdays and Wednesdays the basement will be closed for shopping. On those days we will process all items that came in that previous week. You will get an email when items are entered.
If you have luxury goods (Louis, Chanel, Gucci, etc...) you will be contacted within 48 hours to discuss your items. Luxury consignors are free to message us for a pre-screen before dropping off.
With this change we absolutely need you to label all bags, baskets or bins with your name, consignor ID, email address and phone number. We will double check carefully when you drop off. We also need you to come back for your bins, bags and baskets. We will give you 5 days. (But that's it! You know how small the basement is! haha)
The rules are the same. We are still being very selective so please consult the website for brand lists and "no thank-you brands".
I am super excited for fall and look forward to having fun even though Covid has made our lives a bit more serious. It has been a joy seeing you all back at the shop.
Here's to a safe and healthy fall.
XO Karin
