Service Description

Drop off consignment procedures: • 30 items maximum per drop off. Please consult our website for brand lists. • We are very selective and we are only accepting items at this time. • We are taking limited amounts of heels. • Luxury Handbags, wallets, jewelry and other accessories are in high demand, If you have luxury items included in your drop off - just let us know and we will contact you regarding splits and pricing. (Luxury brands like Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Tiffany etc) • Items MUST be freshly laundered and folded neatly into a laundry basket or rubbermaid tote. Please inspect for flaws and stains. • Handbags and shoes need to be wiped down. • Please include a note with your name, consignor ID (if you have it) email and phone. • We cannot accept items in shopping, garment or garbage bags. • Please do not hang clothing. • No known counterfeit/fake items please. If authentication is required there is a $20 fee per item. Please come in the front door with your items for drop off. Make sure your bins/baskets/bags are labeled. • Once items are sorted and entered into your account we will send you an email to confirm. • Any “no thank you” items and your basket/tote will be held for 5 days after they are sorted. *Any items left beyond the 5 days will be donated. We cannot make any exceptions as we have very limited storage space at this time.

Cancelation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.
